I forget her name but the cleaning lady was very helpful and super nice. The receptionist Betty was so friendly, nice and extremely helpful with a situation that I had. She really needs to be commended for her overall professionalism. Thank you Betty!

Overall, the location is very good and is walking distance from a lot of restaurants and sites, however, it was a bit noisy and difficult to sleep at night.

The location was great. The girl at the front desk was extremely helpful and made coffee every afternoon to create a great atmosphere. But only one room has any real windows. I actually booked that room, but it turns out that there are other "luxury" rooms besides the one in the pictures. Mine was small with no windows. Also note that they do not have 24 hr reception - you need a code to enter so make sure you have data in Mexico to get your code.

Not what we booked

We checked in and got our room luxury king for only 1 night. They told us expedia, screwed up and overbooked so we had to move from #10 to #9 room, very much smaller but no refund for the difference. Our room was hot, no AC and very noises and bright. We also had issues with the laundry, US citizens can not download the app to use the washer/dryer, the girl was kind and we paid her. No room service for the entire time. Hotel location was excellent.

I booked a room here and the room I was given when we arrived was not the room they listed at all. Photos and size of the room were completely different. The room we were given was half the size of the room we thought we were getting. Didn’t have a window like in the photos, and a tiny bathroom compared to the large one we booked. We talked to front desk and they said it was the right room? We left immediately and asked for a refund. We were told multiple times a refund wouldn’t be a problem but now I won’t be able to get my money back because of there policies? The policies shouldn’t matter if I was given something that was nothing like the listing and made to look and pay for another room somewhere else. There are so many better places to stay, I would not risk booking with this place again.

Cuando uno sale de viaje, lo único que pide es que la habitación esté limpia y que tenga una buena cama para poder descansar, y en este hotel la cama estuvo pésima, estaba toda dura el colchón lleno de bolas y rechinaba terriblemente cada que me movía, me levanté con dolor de espalda, en conclusión pasé una pésima noche

Está muy lindo y acogedor, las áreas comunes son bastante buenas, muy surtidas con todo lo necesario para preparar alimentos y pasarla bien. Lo único malo fue que durante mi estancia se fue el servicio del agua y eso atrasó nuestro itinerario, de ahí en más todo excelente :)

Muy atentos todo el tiempo, muy limpio y con inquilinos muy tranquilos, nunca hubo ruido La única desventaja es que hacía calor y las habitaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado, al ser pequeñas te llegas a sentir sofocado.

Es un buen lugar para dormir, pero con un pequeño detalle NO HAY A/C en la habitacion!!! En la madrugada no se necesita ya que se pone fresca la habitacion siempre y cuando mantegas la ventana abierta, pero esto da un poco de inseguridad, ya que podria haber cosas personales al alcance de otros huespedes (aunque hay camaras en los pasillos y estancias) Hay infinidad de restaurantes, bares y cafeterias a los alrededores.

Das Konzept ist mir noch nicht ganz klar, das Personal an der Rezeption widerspricht sich auch^^ Ist was zwischen Ferienwohnung und Hotel. Wie dem auch sei: Es ist eine Residenz mit verschiedenen Appartments. Alle sind sparsam à la Ikea eingerichtet. Die kleinen Zimmer dürften extrem klein sein; unser Luxurious Room war vonnder Größe okay. Und hatte einen lauten Kühlschrank und eine Küchenzeile ohne Herd. Im Gang des 1. Stocks gibt es eine Kaffee- und Teebar (cool) und oben eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Kuhlschrankfächern für alle Mini-Zimmer (auch nett). Es ist alles sehr sauber, leider war iwas mit der Dusche bzw. dem Abfluss und es stank nach jeder Dusche grauenhaft nach Kanal. Wir haben dann eine Falsche Cloralex gekauft und es damit in den Griff bekommen. Die Zimmer werden nicht gereinigt. Das kann man (da widersprachen sich die verschiedenen Rezeptionistin) für 300 MXN buchen. Bräuchten wir für 4 Nächte nicht wirklich. Spülmittel und Klopapier und Müllsäcke gab es leider nicht. Was mit den Sachen der Vorgäste passiert ist....keine Ahnung. Auf die paar Extrapesos muss man sich also einstellen. Sehr positiv: es gibt eine mega gute und Große Waschmaschine und Trockner im EG (LG commercial) und man kann für 100 MXN waschen trocknen. Das wär super praktisch für uns. Ich ziehe etwas ab wegen Umweltfreundlichkeit und Sparsamkeit. Wir müssten viel Chemie in den Ausguss kippen und alle Anschaffungen (Spüli, Waschmittel, Klopapier, Müllbeutel) muss jeder immer neu besorgen.
