No tienen la precaución de tocar antes de entrar a hacer el aseo en la habitación. Se metieron 4 AM a asear. Mencionamos esto en mostrador y no hicieron nada. No tienen avisos de 'No molestar' No hacen el aseo diario, hay que solicitarlo a las personas de aseo. no estas a gusto sabiendo que se pueden METER A LA HABITACIÓN CUANDO QUIERAN

Pésimo servicio y robo.

El hotel simplemente no respeto la reservación! Su sistema no sirve o algo y sin mostrándome lo confirmación de reserva y pago en la aplicación, no quisieron aceptarme diciendo abiertamente que ya era por el gusto de rechazar. Me dejaron sin dónde dormír en plena madrugada.

Estos hoteles son de uso minimo, la estancia para una noche inclusive puede volverse una pesadilla; no encontraban mi reservación, tuve que pagar una estancia mas corta de 8 horas ya que no contaban con habitaciones, me dieron una con olor horrible a cigarrillo, al cambiarla el ambiente solo estaba perfumado para enmascarar aromas, el servicio de comida es 24 hrs pero pareciera que solo atiende una persona ya que demoraron mas de hora y media en llevar una pizza que para colmo estaba preparada a medio cocer.
