Exactly what I wanted. I wanted a city life style apartment hotel and this is perfect. A little bit nosy because it’s by the subway station, there’s shops and restaurants downstairs. I would recommend it but next time I would book a higher floor like 4th floor or something.

Wonderful place. I couldn’t be more happy. Has all you need. Big and comfortable spaces. Nice terrace to have a drink or just relax. The person in charge and the person in place were always available with fast response to everything.

The apartment was FANTASTIC. It was clean, functional and comfortable. It was in a great location. We are a family of 3 and our daughter stayed on the sofa-bed and we stayed in the 'bedroom' giving all of us some privacy. We didn't use the full kitchen, but we did use the refrigerator, the plates, glassware and silverware. There was a great roof deck as well! I would absolutely recommend this rental!

This was an excellent place to stay with my family. The amenities were great- a nice kitchen, a beautiful rooftop to hang out at and nice rooms. It is at a great location for cruising around the city, within walking distance to Chapultepec park and Roma Norte. The only drawback is that there is no parking if you need it. I’d definitely use this place again.

I stayed here for five days and everyone was so helpful with everything. There is plenty to do around the residence, a lot of restaurants, the Angel is close too and it’s pretty much close to everything, great location. The pullout couch is amazing and the bed is also amazing as well. The pressure in the bathroom is perfect and this space in the closet is very good as well. We use the kitchen for five days we were here and everything was perfect

The place was in a great location near the subway and around many different restaurants and activities. While the place was a two bedroom, one bedroom was divided from the main room by Japanese style divider. Also, it was listed as air conditioned but there was only one wall unit in the living room and the bedroom at the other end did not get any a/c. Even with a fan blowing towards the bedroom, it was warm- even in late October. Sadly, we only asked for one thing while we were there from the manager (an extra roll of TP) and we were told to wait until we were almost out before receiving a new roll. (really?) That was really ridiculous. We had to ask again 12 hours later. The unit was clean. The bathroom was tight and you had to move behind the toilet to get out of the way of the door.

Love the apartment

It was a pleasant stay in this hotel. Close to everything. Clean room and looks well maintained place. They also recommended a fantastic tour guide and service around Mexico City area. We will definitely come back to this place if given a chance again. They have washer-drier, between 10Am to 10pm.

The place is pleasant and well-located, with a metro line (currently non-operational) nearby, a quiet area, and plenty of food and convenience stores around—perfect for tourists. The building is clean, well-maintained, has an elevator, security, and a concierge. The apartment is ideal for 2-3 people, equipped with cooking essentials, and came clean with toiletries provided. Everything worked perfectly, including hot water and air conditioning. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the hosts responded quickly to any concerns. We would rent it again and recommend it.

This is a difficult one to judge. First the people that works there are very nice. There was a couple of unknowns that I did not see in the property details and a bit of miscommunication at first. This is more AirBnB than hotel. You get fresh towels on day 3 which i didnt see in property details. It is noisy, they left some ear plugs but its not comfortable wearing those during sleep, luckily we brought a white noise machine. The bed is on a raised floor and the curtains are not cut so that its good room darkening. The bed space has some walls that close but it doesnt block out light. The floor felt a bit sticky but it is a concrete style floor so maybe that was why. You throw away your trash before checkout and you’ll get an email of door near exit that says garbage but the door doesnt say that. Just know its fhe small door next to main door. We went for day of the day and the location is great. For me i do like things a bit quieter and fresh towels daily if im paying for a 4 star hotel and not have to take out my own trash. Great place for our family of five. Two king beds and a pull out sofa (our youngest took the sofa). Daniel the portero was friendly and efficient. When a hairdryer broke he replaced it, when we had to leave super early in the morning he was right there to check us out. When I had any questions he was quick to respond to my text. It’s in Juarez and easy to walk to Chapultepec, Zona Rosa/Roma Norte or Condesa. The metro stop is RIGHT outside, on the pink metro line which we noticed wasn’t as crowded as other lines. It is near plenty of shops, bakeries, and restaurants. Beautiful rooftop with swings, and a washer dryer at no charge.

Good thing : very clean, I like the design, doorman (or manager) is very friendly, willing to help, bed is comfortable, good location ( lots of cafe, bar, fast food) Bad thing: Seriouly very very NOISY, you can hear everything from the street, people yelling, car honk, and motorcycle. you will feel you just sleep on the street. they offering ear plug, I appreciate that, but I cannot put on ear plug all the time, cannot focus on my job. FYI: 1. this is an apartment, not a hotel, so there's no 24hr front desk. 2. Check the total price when you book it, I think there's a discount, but an extra service charge (or something like that) will be added into the total, which make the final price much higher I will consider some other place next time.

La habitación estaba decente pero las camas muy malas, las almohadas y las sábanas de muy mala calidad, tenía la reservación por varios días. Solo me quedé una noche y me fui de ahí. En la regadera no había acondicionador y el papel higiénico de la peor calidad. En cuanto llegue el portero me informo que si llegaba alguien más, le dije que sí. Me dijo que yo tenía que bajar a abrirle. Y me enseñó donde tenía que tirar yo mi propia basura. Jamás me había pasado quedarme en un lugar donde no me hicieran la limpieza del lugar y menos que yo debía sacar la basura. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. En resumen. Fue una pésima experiencia. Y no es que haya pedido reembolso. Solo me fui
