It was beautiful. It felt safe. Beautiful location. However, we had problems with hot water for the shower. It got cold at night and there were no extra blankets or space heaters and the towels were limited and very old, kinda gross because of how thin and hard they were. For such a beautiful apartment and location they can make it a wonderful experience if management paid more attention to detail. Overall, I loved Mexico City.

Absolutely the worst stay ever. ROBBED ! Please be careful and DO NOT BOOK here or any Kukun place !!!!! Ended our vacation on worst note ever we realized 800 usd were taken from our work bag that never ever left the apartment and when we went to talk to security they were of no help at all and could not even look at cameras, which makes us think it could even be the security guard. Will never rent again and will share experience with the everyone I can. The only positive to this stay is the location of this apartment. Other than that, every thing else is a 0/10. At check in there was hair on the pillows and restrooms, the towels are stained and even ripped . Everything from furniture, walls and decor is stained with dirt or just old stains. Had to go out and purchase my own towels, bed sheet and pillow covers so my son could sleep on a clean bed. We love Mexico City and Polanco is an amazing area ! Please be careful and do NOT book here or any Kukun place !!!!! We are grateful only money was stolen from us and we feel aweful we were at a place where potentially we could have been robbed while there. NOT SAFE !

Buena experiencia

Ubicación muy buena. La comunicación con ellos también respondían rápidamente y muy amables. Solo un detalle que tuvimos un poco de frío por la noche y no tenían cobijas extras. Por lo demás todo muy bien!!
