Everything was excellent except the WiFi which was poor on the 2nd floor. We had to go to the ground floor to get good connection. The room was clean, breakfast was good and staff were excellent even when we got stuck on the elevator and had to call emergency.

Clean room from day one and each day of my stay. The staff polite and helpful. The only con was the TV would not get good signal and would not work. It was not a deal breaker as I was not staying in to watch TV. Just wanted it on a bit at night.

KALI was clean and conveniently located near transit and amenities. We were able to walk or transit around downtown. The staff were nice and helpful. The complementary breakfast was good and provides lots of options. The room was tiny but enough to sleep comfortably. The only con was there was a lot of noise outside the hotel which was a little distracting.

The gyms threadmill was not working properly, it would shut down unexpectedly, and it could cause injuries. The wifi was not working properly, as it would be slow sometimes not allowing me to work properly. Staff was amazing and the food was very good.
