This hotel is in a great location in Centro Historico, just two blocks from the Zocalo. Staff were so welcoming and hospitable. The hotel and our room were absolutely spotless. Bed quite firm which was fine. Thank you again for a great stay!

This is a real gem of a hotel. Recently refurbished, lovely clean rooms. Good internet (in my room) Most rooms are quiet and it has an elevator to get to the upper floors. There are tons of dining options and bars close by and it’s a stone throw form the Zocalo.

Considering the price of $85 Cdn per night, safe, clean, great and friendly front desk services, close to restaurants, shopping, tour pick up, 2 blocks from the central square, it was excellent. Only draw backs were the uncomfortable bed and the loud music being played to all hours of the nights on Fridays and Saturdays in the lane below.

The staff was everything good about the place. Unfortunately we got a room with no windows, and the building doesn't have air conditioning. Inexpensive, but still was too hot for me to sleep at night. I'll consider that the next time I book, but the location was great, the price was acceptable, and I thoroughly enjoyed the level of hospitality I received.

The hotel looks like it’s been remodeled. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is located a couple of blocks from the Zocalo. There are plenty of dining options around the hotel. It is conveniently located a few blocks away from the subway. My only complain with this hotel is that they are located in an alley and you cannot sleep if your room is facing the alley. The first night we stayed there, Friday, there was a club or pop up dance party in the alley. The music blasted until about 2 or 3 in the morning. The second night was fine. No party or music so we got a good nights sleep.

Excellent hotel, great staff, laundry service, good internet! Excellent location... staying in the historic centre is the best you can do (people will sujest you to stay in Roma or Condesa, but the magic and fun is in the city centre). I stayed there with my partner, and we both recommend a Taco place near by: Taqueria 5 de mayo... excellent food (delicious tacos al pastor) a block and a half from the hotel. Also beside the Taco place another option for breakfast is Melon Limon... natural juices (freshly squeezed orange juice or mixes of fruits), very good sandwich or waffles *if you get tired of mexican food).

The location is perfect. The room is clean. But the shower head is not powful enough and water temperature not stable. And I booked a two-bed room, but got a one-bed room without asking for my permission although I don't mind very much. Taking into consideration its central location and bargain price, Hotel Juarez is excellent value. My room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and abundant hot water for the shower. The staff are friendly and the hotel secure. One caveat: during the weekend the nearby disco plays loud music late, so be warned!

This is an amazing find in a very central location of Mexico City. Room sizes are generous, very clean, and good water pressure with warm and cold water. The staff are very friendly at reception. Many restaurants are nearby and the Zocalo is incredibly close. It’s not luxurious, but represents very good value.

This was my 2nd stay at Hotel Juarez. I find it to be an amazing value for it's location (Centro HIstorico). It's older but kept very clean. Very secure. My only complaint is that the pillows are too tall (I know, crazy.).

For all my international travelers: this place is wonderful. It’s down the alley to the left, across from the Canada hotel: the staff will ring you in after hours and confirm your arrival. They are SO helpful, so kind and very accommodating! The hotel is CLEAN, it smells nice, it’s small but it’s great. There’s lots of food options nearby and near a ton of stuff. Theres a few homeless people in the area who won’t bother you, don’t be scared. They kept our room stocked, and the inside is renovated and all wooden, it’s very nice. The beds are firm like some say, but I could easily sleep comfortable and the fan is very helpful! I felt very safe and happy with this stay! An amazing price and so close to the airports! It does look old in the halls and outside but get over yourselves, it’s a lovely place! The staff was so kind to me being nocturnal and traveling for work, and the shower was amazing!

Excellent location and very, very clean. The place is extremely well kept and offers great value for the location. The only downsides were that the mattress and the pillows were not very comfortable. I had backache every night. Also, dogs from the neighboring building tended to bark all night on some occasions, which affected sleep. Hopefully this is something the owner can address. Overall, very affordable for such a great location.
