I very much liked the cleanliness and how well the property is kept. I only had the chance to be in the room for about 4 hours as my next flight was at midnight. The restaurant and the staff were very good as well.

Find the office of the hotel at the airport to let them know that you've arrived so they can transport you. The transportation leaves every 30 minutes. The restaurant in the hotel was expensive but the food was very good. If you don't want to venture out into the city and have a nice late dinner it is highly recommendable.

A maid tried to push into my room after I told her I didn't want anything. I was shocked she tried to push against the door as I was trying to close it AFTER I ALREADY TOLD HER NO TWICE. Unbelievably aggressive and rude behavior, and what made it worse is I was trying to slip in quietly because my nephew was sleeping, and I had to bark at her to stop her hand from pushing my door. Worse, we already had the stupid menus in our room. Worse, the gotel restaurant is way overpriced. $395 for four tacos. The staff was good otherwise. The rooms have high tech lighting and a dozen outlets, electric darkening shades, soundproofing. Easy yo airport with shuttle. But the rooms are small with two double beds crammed in. The shower is in the main room, not inside the bathroom, so it could be a privacy issue. For a one night early am flight, it is a good choice.

We had a great experience! Transportation to and from the airport was amazing and the staff was very kind and helpful ! If you are going for a concert the stadium is about less than 15 min walk.

The place is close to the airport. The airport shuttle is a very nice amenity. The staff team are helpful and the processes of check in & check out are quick. We had a room facing the street which is a parkway so noise level during day and night is of concern. Maybe the rooms inside are better isolated. Thankfully the shower had wooden tiles. I found some hair that’s not ours. Please make sure it’s cleaned. Lastly, please do not lose the bathroom as private if it doesn’t have a door. It was hard to come out the shower and see everyone. Private bathroom is defined as door that closes the bathroom including toilet, shower and sink.

This was a 1 night stay, due to a connection the following day, shuttle service from and to the airport both T1 and T2 was excellent, profesional drivers, very helpful, the service is complimentary and runs every 30 minutes, 24 hours a day, a tip to the driver is encouraged, front desk staff, attentive, friendly and profesional, there is a full service restaurant and a coffee shop with great coffee and pastries, room was very good, the only issue I had was that the hot water in the shower did not work, didn't follow up it was late at night, otherwise a nice and convenient hotel for airport connections
