We were on in Mexico City for two nights and were out and about majority of the time there so for what we needed (just a place to change and sleep) it was a great stay! If you’re looking for a basic, clean place to stay for a short trip I would say this is a good choice. Not super updated but definitely had all the necessities for a simple stay. Staff was very nice and helpful!

Wasn’t impressed at all. Someone recommended it but it was a let down. All we liked about it is the location. There were three of us and every day we had to remind them for three bath towels. Would not recommend it to someone else.

Disliked: Staff & service
stayed 3 times at this hotel, and this is the 1st time that I found one of the afternoon staff not helpful. The morning staff is nice enough. Room was ok-ish, not super clean. Location is perfect, close to everything.
There was a lot mold all over the windows, curtains, and in the shower. The staff was very understandable and then moved us to a room with a lot less mold
The hotel is functional. Period.
Not so many amenities, the location it's good however rooms are outdated and in less than acceptable condition. Bed is comfortable, staff is nice and friendly in majority. Rooms are loud meaning you WILL hear what's happening next door. Cheap but again, you get what you pay for. They definitely have awesome photographers because rooms don't look like in the pictures. They are smaller.

The staff at El Ejecutivo greatly enhanced my stay. From the front desk to housekeeping and restaurant personnel, every team member demonstrated attentive service, respect, and professionalism. The food at the restaurant was excellent!
The building and facilities appear dated. However, they are maintained in working condition, and while some repairs could be more refined, the facilities remain functional.
The room was fairly big and was clean, and cleaned each day. I never used the restaurant area, or was too sure where it actually was!
For a hotel in a World Cup host city not to have the TV channels available that were showing the games was pretty ridiculous!
The hotel infractstructure is Old, but is well located and the restaurant its great. Pverall if you just want to sleep its good its not 5 star but you sleep ok
Room had a leak from the ceiling that dripped right next to my face on the bed, staff were attentive but by the time I checked out, leak was still there
