I am not too sure how to start on this review. There are so many things that could use improvement in this establishment. Check in was fine and efficient. However, the rooms were kind of dirty. It was hard to tell since there was little to no light in the rooms. The only actual area that was well lit was the bathroom; other than that, there were only dim lights you could turn on above the head board and close to the sink where you wash your hands. Besides that, my fiancé and I decided to look past it and make the best out of it. At about 11:45 PM the neighbors in the room next door started blasting music as loud as they could and it honestly was so loud that it felt like were in the same room with them. The walls are paper thin so you heard everything going on and when we told the person at the front desk they said there was nothing they could do about it. Needless to say our stay there lasted no more than 2.5 hours out of the three nights we had booked. We immediately packed our stuff and went to another hotel that same night. Overall if you can handle loud music blasting at all hours of the night, this is an okay stay for the price.

En Monterrey les decimos Moteles, no hoteles, la recepcionista nada amable, llegué con mi familia y nos retiramos a los 5 min, no nos importó perder lo que habíamos pagado, si vas con algún familiar no es recomendado, porque es lo que comúnmente utilizan para echar pasión, desde que entras hay en la recepción lubricantes y condones y fue incómodo además del trato malo que nos dieron, pagamos dos noches y solo estuvimos 5 minutos ahí, motel, lejos de todo, solo ideal si vas a esconderte con un amante.
