Nice renovated room in an older building, so no elevator. But over all it was a nice hotel. The employees were polite and friendly. Transportation options are just downstairs but close enough to walk to Reforma avenue and its many entertainment and shopping options. I would definitely stay here again if available.

Mixed bag. If you're wondering why DFeños are up in arms about gentrification, this is one example. What was probably housing for low-income people (studio apartments) is now trying to be a luxury hotel. I wish Hotels.com was up front that this is NOT a hotel. The gentleman who greeted me when I arrived was FANTASTIC, as were the cleaning staff. Professional, friendly, flexible. The young woman who staffed the reception afternoon and evening, not so much. The room was nice, but there was a dangerous broken floorboard they had thrown a rug over, actually making it more dangerous, and the bathroom is tiny without room and any toiletries. Good mattress.

Great Location, but Feels More Like a Hostel Than a Hotel While the location of this property is fantastic and incredibly close to the Centro Histórico, the lack of basic hospitality made for a frustrating 5-day stay. The amenities are severely limited; we were strictly rationed to just one towel each and a single hand towel, which became a major issue when the bathroom floor was wet and we had no floor mats or extra linens to dry it. To make matters worse, we discovered they only provide housekeeping for stays longer than 7 days, meaning we had to constantly request essential replenishments like toilet paper and fresh towels. Because management operates entirely online with no traditional front desk, we had to rely on the kindness of the on-site security guards to actually hand us those supplies. On top of that, there are zero standard comforts—no in-room glasses or tea, and complimentary coffee and water. The property has a great terrace and an unbeatable location for exploring, but the hands-off service and constant rationing of basic necessities made the experience feel incredibly cheap and restrictive.

I liked that this property is closed to many main attractions, plaza to dance, library and registro civil if you need to fix something there. Staff was friendly and helpful. I wish they had a water dispenser with hot water at the lobby to make coffee, tea or some noodles

My experience at this hotel was very different from last year, and unfortunately I can no longer recommend it. I decided to stay here for a second time because my first experience was excellent. Back then, the front desk staff were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. I even received housekeeping service during my stay, fresh towels, and overall everything was wonderful. That was the main reason I chose to come back, expecting the same level of service. Unfortunately, this second stay was completely different. Since I visited during a hot season, I requested a fan for my room. Although they did provide one, it was very small and barely made a difference in cooling the room. Another disappointing aspect was the service. During my five-day stay, I requested housekeeping and fresh towels, but I was told they no longer offered those services. I was surprised because those were exactly the reasons I decided to return. In addition, no one ever offered to remove the trash from my room or restock the basic bathroom supplies. The situation became even more frustrating when, two nights before checking out, I asked for toilet paper and was told that they did not provide it either. As a result, I had to leave the hotel around midnight and walk to an OXXO convenience store to buy toilet paper myself. Honestly, I believe this is a basic necessity that any hotel or accommodation should provide. Another important thing to mention is that the hotel does not have an elevator.
