It was very noisy outside, but this was communicated by the management. The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful with my questions and requests about the area. They met me halfway past the language barrier with my very limited Spanish.

The hotel is in a nice location. I loved how secure it is and thwy have parking (not too many spots but some). Walkable to nearby eatery places. One thing I did not like was that the hotel chargwr for basic cleaning, like discarding garbage. Basic necessities are now being charged for which I think is ridiculous.

The Crisol Condesa Suite offers great quality for its price (I paid approximately 85 CAD per night). The rooms are well-designed, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished. The bed is very comfortable, and the large windows with blackout curtains are a great touch. The hotel is well located in La Condesa, making it easy to explore the area. If you’re not used to city noises, I recommend requesting a room facing Chicontepec Street for a quieter stay.

The place is overall pretty nice, clean, and well decorated. However, we stayed on the first floor and the walls are so thin that even with the windows closed you can hear everything that's going on outside, and also because of the big street that the place is next to. The shower runs out of hot water quickly but good thing is that they have AC and security at the door 24/7.

Room was spotless, reception was super friendly and helpful. There's a living room rest area located in a separate building adjoining the hotel, it has Wi-Fi, filtered water bathrooms and lots of area to lounge while waiting for your room to be ready. The location is great, many coffee shops and places to eat nearby. Very secure with locked lobby entrance and 24 hour reception. There is filtered water in the room. Smart TV and all great room amenities. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The noise from the outside traffic is the only thing to be prepared for, I always travel with a white noise machine and ear plugs, they truly helped. However the hotel does offer both white noise machine and ear plugs to guests. CDMX in general is a very noisy city, it is louder than Brooklyn NY so anywhere you stay is going to be noisy.

I LIKED THE STAY IN THAT LOCATION OVER ALL IT WAS JUST FOR ONE DAY. BUT IT WAS NOT CLEAN I WALKED WITH ONLY MY SOCKS AND THE GOT FILED WITH DUSTY DIRT ALMOST LIKE DOGS FUR FLOORS NOT CLEAN AT ALL. EVEN IF A CUSTOMER IS STAYING ONE NIGHT IT SHOULD ALWAYS BE SPOTLESS.
