Perfect hotel for a short stay. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The rooms are soundproof. Location is great and there are lota of options for shopping and dinning. Parking has a small charge but it is very convenient ans easy to use.

Lacks of light, it is a very dark hotel. Shower head damaged causing water to get out of the shower. No hot water. Safety box without battery. The location is convenient and Victor from the Taxi service is amazing!

Mexico City for the weekend

Hotel was comfortable, tv small. Breakfast that is included is just cheese, ham cereal and fruit. If you want chilaquilesbor eggas, you pay for that seperare. They were not good chilaquiles. They were a big plate and you can share with 2 people. Parking there was horrible. Its in the basement and they stamp your ticket then u have to go to security office by walmart so that they can let you. So inconvenient.

I am disgusted. I would like a credit. I am not a complainer, but this was very disappointing. First off I couldn’t sleep the ac was so loud and vents were broken so it was blowing right on me. I couldn’t turn it off or down because it was extremely hot if I did. Most disturbing!!!! Was that there was blood stains on the sheets. I didn’t notice until the morning because I arrived so late and tired that I just crawled into be. Again I am not a complainer usually but after a long day that was unacceptable.
