The staff was exceptionally kind, the property central to all of the city and the rooms all overlook a pool. Overall, great value for the money.

Staff was wonderful. Place was spotless clean. Very quiet area. Loved that we were steps away from the Mercado de Artesanias and 5 minutes away from the main jardin. I only recommend to include coffee services on the premises.

Great location and restaurant on site. Room was great. Area is extremely noisy in the early morning. Staff will not offer a map or recommandations at check in unless you ask. Pool is beautiful to look at but ice cold so we couldn't enjoy it in March, even though it's 80 degrees outside. Overall, nice stay and friendly staff.

El lugar está muy bonito. Es nuestra segunda vez que nos hospedamos aquí. Las personas que atienden súper amables. El único pero son las camas y almohadas, muy incómodas. Y la presión del agua para bañarse muy poquito. Por todo lo demás, estuvo genial. Llegas caminando al centro en escasos 10 minutos. Y es mercado de artesanías está a un minuto.

Me gustó que es como haber llegado a casa de algún familiar y que tiene una única céntrica soon estar en el bullicio del centro. Una casa muy bonita sobretodo las áreas comunes. Muy amable el personal.

El hospedaje estuvo bien, la habitación tiene amplitud suficiente y el baño igual. Lo que resulta curioso es lo limitado del estacionamiento pues solo cuenta con 3 lugares de cajón y una capacidad de 5 en total tomando en cuenta que los últimos 2 autos deberían dejar su llave para moverlos y dejar salir a los demás. En ese aspecto, hay que notificar al hotel con antelación si se llevará coche. La regadera del baño estaba un poco baja y una persona de más de 1.70 se tiene que agachar un poco.

Casa Maracaya un lugar ideal para tu visita

Casa Maracaya esta situado en un lugar estrategico para conocer San Miguel de Allende, es muy accesible para visitar cualquier punto del pueblo. Su personal es muy amable y las instalaciones limpias. El estado de la cama no fue el optimo pero suficiente para tener un buen descanso. Considero que si se deben mejorar las almohadas. Agradecemos la atención brindada en todo momento por su personal.

Me gustó:El alojamiento es muy bonito, colonial, te mueves a pie a cualquier parte, el estacionamiento es un mega plus, aunque es muy pequeño. La amabilidad de los que te atienden es muy buena. Podría mejorar: las camas son muy duras; las almohadas súper planas y la toallas súper delgadas. Creo que le podrían invertir un poco más a las amenities para ser un hotel de 10. También batallamos con el agua caliente un poco.
