Staff was great - arrive early and was allowed to check in early. Good was good. Restaurants in the hotel were high priced for so-so food, but what do you expect in an airport.

Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec
great location, well upkept property and all staff was courteous and helpful. bath towels are pretty worn out, old and very rough, time to replace them with new ones. Pillows are also worn down once laying your head on them they go completely flat.

ULIV Mexico City
The room was clean and comfortable. We had a balcony with a exceptional view on Mexico. The hotel is central and in a safe area of Mexico.
