Staff not polite, specially front desk. Not good customer service at all! (cleaning crew nice). The room wasn’t very clean, there was a hand soap in the shower, that was never removed from prior guests. Shower curtain had mold. Not towels available, and short room supplies.

What I like is very helpful staff. The parking is very tight. Not enough parking area for tenants, renting the hotel. People playing loud music at one o'clock in the morning.The staff did take care of it, but they restarted again at five thirty in the morning.The place should be where you can relax and enjoy your relaxation.But overall, the surrounding of the hotel is clean inside and out, and the staff is very helpful.When needed
