The property is off the beaten path and therefore was delightfully quiet. The people were friendly and understood English quite well. Would happily stay there again. "This is a great option if you want a modern American style hotel close to Venice. It is very clean, has AC and the breakfast spread is included and pretty good. Staff is pleasant and multilingual. There isn’t much round the hotel except for the parking garages to park your car into prior to embarking into the Venice city center. We stayed here because of the proximity to the parking garage in Tronchetto so we didn’t have to carry our bags far. The main drawback is it gets expensive to commute...

Tried to talk to the owner for a confusion about the reservation but he made me wait for about 10 minutes and did not meet with me. Apart from the owner, the staff was amazing, location was good and the room was great for 4 people. "
