"I discovered a live cockroach on my bathroom floor and visible mildew/mold on the bathroom ceiling during my stay. I have photos of both. These are serious health and sanitation violations that no guest should ever experience. When I contacted IHG, they offered only 10,000 points - inadequate compensation for these conditions. I would not recommend this property and urge management to address these issues immediately. Future guests deserve better."

"Room 500 My husband and I were guests at your hotel June 1st and were not pleased with the room. Hampton Inn Suites is our go to hotel because they are normally really nice and exemplify cleanliness. However, this hotel lacked what we are used to with Hampton Inn Suites. Below is a list of what we encountered and feel our stay did not live up to the Hilton brand. The nightstands that were nailed to the wall were uneven. One was further away from the bed than the other. The lamps that were on the nightstands were different They were not dusted and had not been wiped. The bathroom remodeling/ paint was not completed The toilet tissue holder & shampoo holder were poorly affixed to the wall. There was a hole behind the thermostat. The remote in the bedroom did not work The furniture was dated and chipped We did not want a room with an adjoining door or at the end on the hall. They said that was all they had available. We felt like we were in a motel, not a Hampton Inn Suites. We were not pleased at all and have photos. We sent an email to management with no response."

"Our room smelled like weed and housekeeping cleaner when we arrived at midnight. It was hard to sleep because of the smell The whole place felt very rundown. The continental breakfast was minimal and the coffee was really bad. I was grateful to have a place to sleep after our flight got canceled. The morning clerk was helpful and the van driver she was really nice."

"This hotel was great. It was a really good location close to the gaylord property. Also, close to the mall and plenty of food options. I really liked the little lake that's close by, great place to take a walk. The gym was run down a bit and some of the equipment needs to be revamped but overall, it was great."
