"Great place, valet staff was awesome always happy to help. The front desk? TERRIBLE. attitude, rude, first time staying here and we arrived one night very late so we weren’t sure valet parking was an option that late when asked at the front if we could park at x location the lady said “i mean valet is 24hours so i guess” like we knew that. Instead of being more customer service and offering the valet service. Even when we arrived the guy at the front was not what you would expect to be welcomed at a facility after a long travel. I will say the lady at checkout was very nice. But i wouldn’t want to deal with the other 2. Not for the money used to book at this nice reservation. I get better service at hampton/hilton inn. "

"When checking in bathroom was no clean. Hair in the bathtub, trash on the sink counter that was hidden with towels. Full trash can. Used soap left in the bathtub. "

"Our room was towards the back door (by the outside smoking area) because we had a dog. We heard every person enter and exit that door (and there were a lot of them), and our dog would not settle down because of the noise. The worst part was a group of 6 or 7 teenagers playing “bottle toss” on the picnic table outside our window for hours untill 1:00am when we finally called the front desk to have them disbursed. It wasn’t even a weekend. The parking lot is entirely gated in and it doesn’t feel like a very safe place. Signs everywhere warning about leaving anything of value in your car, etc. Honestly, the worst sleep and experience in a hotel in a long time. "
