Brand new hotel with a very stylish decor. Comfortable bed. Pleasant staff. Breakfast is ok if not outstanding. ( really bad coffee at breskfast. Something that would have been easy to fix). Pillows are very large and uncomfortable. And the pictures of a beach at the booking site are very misleading. The hotel is nowhere near a beach.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The room was extremely cold, and despite calling the reception , our request was ignored. No assistance was provided throughout the night. My family, especially the children, had to endure the cold until morning without any support from the reception or service staff. Due to this lack of care and responsibility, we decided to leave the hotel and book another one the next day. This experience was very disappointing and unacceptable for a brand like Dedeman. Because of how this situation was handled, I will never choose any Dedeman hotel again. Best regards

Otel rezervasyonunu Hotels.com dan yaptım ve evcil hayvan için ekstradan ücret bilgisi yoktu, 15 euro istediler bu bilgiyi paylaşmak isterim. Otelin konumu ve tasarımı çok güzel, retro tarzında güzel bir otel, konforluydu. Genel olarak hijyen konusunda beğenmemize rağmen yer temizliği için aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim maalesef. Bir de odada ki koltukların mutlaka belirli periyotlarla temizlenmesi gerektiğini söylemeliyim.

Otoparkı yetersiz. Yer bulamama gibi sorun yaşayadık. Valeyi verirkende Sorumluluk kabul etmiyoruz diyip araç yeri olmadığı için yol kenarına park etmişlerdi bizimkini. Dışardan yemek söyledinizde de zehirlenme yaşarsanız sorumluluk kabul etmiyoruz diye imza alıyorlar. Dışardan kendiniz getirseniz karışmıyorlar orasını tam anlayamadım. İsraf olmasın adı altında temizlikden önce tek tek söylemeniz gerekiyor çarşaf havlu için yatağın üstüne çarşafı değiştirin kartı bıraktığım halde çarşaf değişmemişti söylemediğim içinmiş ozaman karta ne gerek var. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi ve hijyen konusunda sıkıntısı yoktu odalar ses geçirmiyor ve saat 12 de olsa içerisi karanlık içerisi gece gibi bu benim hoşuma gitti dinlenebilirsiniz oda düzenlemesi çok şıktı dolap yoktu sadece açık raflar vardı. Oda küçüktü biraz ama yetti bize

Haftasonu için şehir dışından geldik. Otel yeni, temiz, dekorasyonuyla farkı yakalamış. Esnek giriş imkani sagladilar. Biz odamizdan da hizmetten de memnun kaldik. Tek eksigi odada minibar olmamasiydi. Aksam yemegi icin otelin icindeki afife ocakbasini tercih ettik. Konsept guzel, canli muzik vardi, çalışanlar cok iyi egitimliydi ve yemekler lezzetliydi. Sabah kahvaltisi icin yine otelin kahvaltisina infik. Calisanlar guleryuzlu, profesyonel, kibar ve iyi egitimlilerdi.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hatte ein großes bequemes Bett. Trotz der Lage an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße hörte man im Zimmer nichts. Wir waren hier nur für eine Nacht, daher haben wir vom Service nicht viel mitbekommen. Aber der Check-in war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Bir acil bir iş için aniden istanbuldan mersine gitmem gerekti. Mersine varınca otel bakma şansım oldu. Bi gün sonra tekrar araç kullanacağım için iyi dinlenmem gereken bir yere ihtiyacım vardıçok random seçtim fakat iyi ki burayı seçmişim. Personel çok yardımcı oldu çok güler yüzlü ve içtendiler. Mersine bi kaç kez daha gitmem gerekecek ve hepsinde artık burayı seçeceğimi biliyorum.

İyi otel

Otel odaları kalitesi gayet güzel. Biz junior suit bir oda tercih ettik 3 kişi için. Bir çift kişilik yatak vardı gayet iyi ama 3 üncü yetişkin için olan yatak 5-6 yaşında bir çocuk için kullanılanılabilecek bir yataktı. 3 kişi için resepsiyona bu yatakta yatılmaz ranzanın demirleri insanın vucuduna değiyor normal tek kişilik ek yatağınız yokmu dediğimde var ama ekstra ücretli dediler. Sonunda ücret almadan alt bazasını değiştirmeden üstüne biraz daha düzgün bir yatak koyarak çözdüler. Kahvaltı gayet güzeldi ama 3 gün kaldık kahvaltıda 3 gün süresince hiç bir ürün değişmeden aynı ürünler geldi.

Tekrar Görüşmek Dileğiyle

Öncelikli olarak belirtmek gereken şey çalışanların güler yüzlü ve yardım sever olmaları. Check-in bankosu çalışanlarından oda temizlik personeline, restoran çalışanlarından teknik ekibe kadar tüm otel çalışanlarına teşekkür ederiz. Otelin genel durumu da oldukça iyi, temiz ve bakımlı. Odalar rahat ve kullanışlı. Kahvaltıdaki ürün çeşitliliği ve özellikle kalite konusunda daha titiz davranılırsa iyi olur. Otel müşterileri için sunulan plaj olanağı ise maalesef hayal kırıklığı. Geçtiğimiz yıl da konakladığımız bu otelde önümüzdeki dönemlerde de konaklama yapmayı isteriz, ancak plaj konusunda iyileştirme yapacaklarını umarız.
