"The room was clean enough to stay with a good price and having a good view. The river view means the room is between floor 4 to 7 and you can see the falls behind the trees. The fall view means the room is between 7 to 18 which gives you a clear view of both niagara falls and American falls. Floor 14 has a few benches infront of the windows that provide a great view but unfortunately only 2 are clean enough to be good for a photo. "Superbe hôtel pour voir les chutes. Étions au 28eme étage. Par contre le parking est cher. 40$ de minuit à midi. Le seul avantage est que les chutes sont juste à côté, et que l'hôtel a des réductions sur les restaurants aux alentours. À pars ce petit bémol le personnel est serviable et gentil."

"I have stayed at Harbour House many times but hadn’t been there for a few years. Staff were amazing and the grounds were well maintained. The only thing I noticed is that the rooms are looking a little’tired’; not the high standard I came to associate with the hotel. Our bathroom sink was cracked and the furniture had many gouges. A refresh is needed"

The bed linens were really nice and soft and they had 5 fluffy pillows on the bed. The chairs in room were not the most comfortable, but oh well.
