Property Management went absolutely above and beyond! The suite we were upgraded to was not complimentary but so clean and cozy!!!
We're definitely going to come back!

We liked the marble in the bathroom, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We could have used a bit more soap and it was slightly strange not to have a sink in the bathroom, but it was a solid comfortable stop. We enjoyed the restaurant we went to that was an easy walk away. Overall a great traveler's stop.

Holes in the walls behind the dresser. Drywall rotting in the bathroom, lousy bed and very noisy. Don’t understand why it has such a high rating. Will never stay there again.

We are committed to fixing this within the next three days.Bathroom Drywall: While the drywall is not rotting, the clear coat we used may have caused some confusion. Based on your feedback, we will switch to a white coat to prevent any future misunderstandings.Bed Condition: We strive to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. Although we did not find any issues with the recently furnished bed, we will continue to ensure our bedding meets guest expectations.We are dedicated to providing an excellent experience for all our guests, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve. Arguably one of the nicest Hotels in Merritt. Wonderful room, property still under a little construction, which is going to look beautiful when done. Front desk lady, wish i could remember her name, was wonderful.

The only problem we encountered was that we were in a room seemingly tucked between a couple of rooms or suites being used by/rented to some long term residents/area workers.
This resulted in some relatively unpleasant cooking smells infiltrating our room and remaining with us along with the noise associated with the activity.

Rooms are not completely soundproof, could hear conversations coming from adjoining room. AC is older maching, bit on the noisy side

Property was handy to the highway.
Pictures on the site are deceiving.
It is just a motel not what you would classify as an INN.
O.k. nothing special. Bare floors, bed up against the door.
Latch locking the door broken. Little dirty but not bad.

The property was very well maintained, and the suite had everything we needed. It looked like it was recently updated. Beds were comfy. The walls are a bit thin so it was easy to hear people outside and next door, and there were some folks stumbling in around 3:30am which was a bit disruptive. But everything else was lovely.

When I arrived, I got room upgraded..nice clean room but ceiling light bulbs are not working in the bedroom.

Room smelled of mold and mildew. Dust all over the furniture. Strong smell of propane. Was nauseating. Could not wait to get out of it. Did not even make a coffee, just left.

Thank you for bringing that to our attention..Upon inspection of the room, we could not smell any propane. Is it possible that there was a running truck in the parking lot with diesel? Always a great place to lay our heads…Clean convenient relaxed everything you need when you’re away from home. Our room is perfect. We bought our kitten and she loved it.

The bed was extremely hard. They are limited staff for house keeping so we didn’t get our room cleaned. The bathroom did not have a sink - I had to brush my teeth, do my make up and hair in the kitchen. Somewhat comical but we made it work. Not my first choice.

It’s an older motel that is partly renovated. Bed was harder then I liked but some people enjoy that. It was quiet and great for a quick one night stay.

Great 'hidden' find on a road trip back from Edmonton to Vancouver. Well equipped. Friendly. Provided important information about the town, services, restaurants. Had air conditioning, especially in a season of extreme wildfires and poor air quality across the province.

The property is well cared for by the proprietors. However, the Air Conditioner so was so noisy that it could not be left on at night. Also, the smoke detectors had been removed from the ceiling of the room. The location is very convenient but also noisy.
