After reviewing your reservation and inspecting the room you stayed in single unit on May 5th, we have addressed the following:Holes in the Wall: We discovered holes behind the dresser and TV, which our housekeeping team unfortunately missed as it was hard to see behind. We are committed to fixing this within the next three days.Bathroom Drywall: While the drywall is not rotting, the clear coat we used may have caused some confusion. Based on your feedback, we will switch to a white coat to prevent any future misunderstandings.Bed Condition: We strive to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. Although we did not find any issues with the recently furnished bed, we will continue to ensure our bedding meets guest expectations.We are dedicated to providing an excellent experience for all our guests, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve. Thank you for bringing that to our attention..Upon inspection of the room, we could not smell any propane. Is it possible that there was a running truck in the parking lot with diesel? HI LeaWe were short staffed on your last day and we apologize. The Front desk was happy to bring you want you asked for.We have to admit, that one room does have an odd set up but hopefully the brand new cabinets made the kitchenette area a bit nicer for you.As mentioned on the phone, if you ever return, we will give you a complimentary upgrade to one of our beautiful 1 Bedroom Suites :)
