"all good"

"I have left a negative survey and I have left three voicemail messages for the manager, Manny. I experienced deplorable conditions, unsafe and hazardous public spaces, and exposure to fecal matter. I would like someone to contact me and I’d like a refund for my hotel stay. I have photos of some of the issues. We were left stranded in the pool area with no towels for an hour. I reported feces all over the bathroom floor on the pool area and was told by Candis that she was the only person staffed...

"Very friendly and accommodating staff. Flexible with checkin"

"I’ve been choosing this particular hotel every time I’m in town. I drive a tanker truck, and parking has not been a problem. The rooms are clean, it’s quiet at night, and the staff is friendly and helpful."

"Rooms are nice! Staff is super!"

"Amazing architecture! Beautiful Building! Rooms are fantastic! The only thing that could have been better is pool and hot tub maintanence and the restaurant was very good but for the price and ambience the staff could have been much better! Our reservation was at 8pm and they were open til 10pm. Felt like they had kinda quit working and we were the after thought guests. Just something to think about for future. This was a family dinner and we don't spend that kind of money or get to do that...

"The property is clean and quiet. Our flight arrived vert late which pushed my arrival to after 1am. The gal at the front desk was still pleasant! We'll definitely be back next visit!"

"Clean rooms and the staff were really friendly."

"I enjoyed my stay; it was super clean and the room was so cozy! The only downside is the stairs for those with mobility issues and the breakfast is granola bars, coffee, fruit, and cereal. I enjoyed the amenities but for those who want a full breakfast, just a heads up :)"

"Clean room, friendly staff, comfortable bed."

"The room was beautiful and very clean. We love the view of the river."
