Staff was very courteous, hotel is beautiful , restaurant is excellent, we even got a small bottle of wine, however I didn´t care too much for my room since it was rather small, they assigned us a room next door to the front desk and entrance and we could here everybody coming in and out of the hotel and we even heard the front desk staff talking at night time, the only window available in my room couln´t be opened since there was a ladder behind it since they were painting some walls. Good location and access to retsaurants, museums and avenues.

Beautiful hotel with small outdoor restaurant, pool & seating area. Our room was large, beautifully decorated with a great shower. It is located a short walk from Centro Merida. Many restaurants are close by. The staff is available 24 hours a day. They are always very helpful to book restaurants or a taxi. Our room was located just outside the reception area, which is the entry to the rest of the hotel. This room can be noisy with people coming and going day & night. Otherwise a wonderful stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with restaurants, the Cathedral, and all the main sights in the historic center just a short walk away. The staff were very friendly and even greeted us with a bottle of wine. We also booked a spa service, and the spa team was both professional and on time.

Ambiance and overall layout and feel is like an oasis retreat. Very beautiful and restful. Breakfast was amazing. They went over and above for my wife’s birthday. One or two potential improvements. They should Have coffee, tea and water available in the common area. We wanted tea and had to ask and they charged for it. Also found it quite noisy in the morning due to the small proximity of this quaint property. We would 100% stay again. Amazing overall experience.

The Casa de Las Palomas is located about a 15 minute walk from the main center, a few blocks away from all the noise, in a quiet and cozy area, not far from great restaurants and plenty of shopping. The House is a restored house turned boutique hotel, only 9 rooms, but very comfortable. Service is excellent, everyone strives to go beyond. The breakfast experience is a must. Every dish being served is deliciously prepared and served. We enjoy every bite of the Yucatan dishes offered by a top notch chef. Highly recommended.

The staff were very nice and the property was clean. We loved the outdoor shower and found the bed to be comfortable. The location is close to everything there is to see. Very walkable. We also liked that there is a corner store across the street where we could buy snacks and water.
