Clean, cute rooms. Bathroom a bit outdated, but good beds and it was quiet for us. Great view on tenth floor. My kids loved the shallow area of the pool (even in January). We enjoyed waking around exploring city. During our stay we also visited Chechen Itza, Uxmal and had a cenotes tour. Everywhere we went people were friendly and we felt quite safe. We would happily recommend visiting.

I would recommend using Uber if you need a taxi anywhere it will be half the price of normal taxis, especially from airport.
Free airport transfer is great if you are between flights like we were.
