1. Angel Suite Chiaia

"Avoid. Despite chasing us for our check-in time, the room wasn’t cleaned when we arrived after 2pm—the property admitted the cleaners hadn’t arrived. We then endured a persistent sewage/drain smell and inadequate basics. On our final day, we discovered ants throughout the room, with photos/videos as evidence. No alternative room was available, so we were forced to pack, leave early and pay for another hotel. An unacceptable stay from arrival to departure."

"The hotel is a block from the ocean front
The room was nice and clean, my wife liked the overall appearance and vibe of the hotel. The breakfast was the best spread of food we had in the 2 weeks we were in Italy"
