"Very basic tired property. Bath/shower needs improving and shower curtain needs removing. Staff and food at lunch were good but breakfast and staff could of been so much better"

"We had the 1 bedroom suite. Fantastic room. Forgot we were in a hotel. Super clean, comfy bed, huge bathroom with shower and separate bathtub. Also a further separate toilet. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Check in was smooth and quick. Can’t fault our stay at all. Easy access to/from train station and to the terminal. One gripe was we the chrome cast wouldn’t work on the bedroom tv but did not affect our stay one single bit. Will 100% stay here again."

"Arrived at 2am to be told the room was double booked. They obviously think we are fools as they blamed it on a computer malfunction. I have never heard of a computer booking a hotel room without any human input. We were one of four arrivals who were turned away and sent to alternate accommodation. This, by law, is supposed to be of at least equal or better quality to the originally booked hotel room. We were sent to IBIS which is basically a tiny box room with a bed. "The rooms were okay, but they could definitely use some updating. My biggest issue was with the drop-off situation at the front entrance. I stopped briefly to unload bags and was later charged £35 for being there more than five minutes, even though I specifically asked at the front desk beforehand and was told it would be fine. That experience completely ruined the stay for me. Poor communication and unfair charges are unacceptable. Unfortunately, because of this, I will never stay here again."

"Amazing break! Staff all friendly. Food in main restaurant was amazing and had a great massage at spa by Hannah. Spa was all lovely and clean and not overcrowded. The only thing was the relaxation room was not open after our massage as we chose the last session. The pastries at breakfast were not worth the calories as a bit stodgy. "Had a excellent 2 night stay at Daresbury Park, just a short Uber into Warrington Centre for a music Festival. Did online check in as we wouldn't arrive until after 11.30pm. 24hr reception, staff were pleasant, polite and very efficient. Had two excellent breakfasts, however only one coffee machine meant a fair queue built up in busy times, maybe need to think about this unless that weekend was particularly busy?
