"Staff lovely.Pool busy and crowded with children diving ans bombing. Not relaxing. Breakfast sub standard., but Manager addressed this nicely. People in table next to me felt like this too. Lovely hotel bur k rd and Queen stretlet very dodgy, homeless and drunks hassling fir money. Great place to stay for ease to city, and you can use uber."

"Good place for visiting most parts of the city and easy to reach from motorway. Beds very comfy and great to have complete kitchen. Only negative was extremely uncomfortable chairs and wobbly table. A sofa or armchairs would be so much better."

"We had a lovely stay. Michael was so friendly, our room was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. Despite not technically having breakfast included, there was a very nice communal full kitchen and a great selection of toast, cereals, spreads, and milk available for all, as well a nice espresso machine. Very conveniently located near the Remuera train station. The gazebo/sun-room was absolutely gorgeous in the mornings. We felt very at home! "
