"Sharanton charges 100 to park a day but doesn’t tell you that. Room was not big enough for wheelchair ♿️ and equipment. The place was a dump. Breakfast line was out the door but not guest just randoms…takes over an hour. Staff was so rude. Extra for WiFi that doesn’t work. They will send a guy to look at the tv and leave."

"Pros: Got to check in early which was great. Cons: a housekeeper literally walked into our room with a keycard 20 minutes after we checked in without knocking or anything, we were like omg what is happening. The room also smelled very damp, hoping we didn’t inhale mold all night. "

"Our stay in New York left us with mixed feelings The only positive aspect was the location The hotel is very close to Times Square, which was convenient and central Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing We arrived at 2:00 AM after a long flight and were told there was no room available, even though we had booked and paid in advance We were sent to another hotel in the middle of the night, which was extremely frustrating The next day, we were told to return in the morning, but the room was still not ready During our stay, the staff was not friendly or helpful On Friday evening, there was no hot water, so we couldn’t shower We contacted the front desk, but received no real assistance, only a general explanation To make matters worse, staff members mocked my accent when I tried to communicate, which was disrespectful and unacceptable Overall, this experience did not meet basic expectations and I would not recommend staying here."

"I recently stayed at the Lotte Hotel New York for a girls trip, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. This hotel came highly recommended by a family member who frequently stays at both the Seattle and New York locations, so we went in with pretty high expectations. Right from the start, there were issues with the room. The shower wasn’t properly draining, which made it inconvenient to use, and to make matters worse, the shower head was malfunctioning and spraying water in an uncontrolled way. It made what should have been a simple, relaxing experience frustrating instead. The most concerning part of our stay, however, was when security attempted to enter our room unannounced. Thankfully, they were unable to get in due to the safety hatch on the door, but the situation was unsettling and unacceptable. When we brought this to the attention of the hotel staff, they showed little interest in addressing the seriousness of the issue. We were told someone would follow up with us, but no one ever did. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and concern from the staff, combined with the maintenance issues and the alarming security incident, left us extremely disappointed. We will not be staying here again in the future "
