"Airport shuttle was good to have. Breakfast was great. A shame they didn’t advertise the roof top bar & restaurant as we only found it on the last night. Staff very helpful"

"Clean room excellent service"

"This is our favorite place to stay when visiting Mexico City. Hotel is centrally located and the staff is very pleasant. Hope to be back soon."

"No funcionaba el internet"

"Excelente para familias, la anfitriona esta siempre al pendiente"

"Muy buen servicio"

"Excellent location but did not have a view of Zocalo only a side view, other than that loved that they had snacks in lobby after long day excursions, terrace restaurant and Zocalo view."

"We loved our room (presidential suite) and the history of the building. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food and drinks at the rooftop restaurant were amazing, breakfast was also very good. The location is very convenient for everything to do around the zocalo."
