"I did not like the fact that I had to wait for my room to be cleaned and then once I was told my room was ready by 12. I still waited patiently and it was 3 o’clock by the time I checked in but since I didn’t stay the entire night and I was checked out by 12 am I requested a full refund for the entire amount and they denied it. "
