The room is clean. The customer service response is quick and professional. The only thing is my room was at a busy corner of the hotel partly facing the main Street so I was noisy in the morning during rush hours 6 to 10. The other thing was the TV stopped working while watching the tennis games for a couple times. Will consider coming back next time visiting SF !

Great place to stay in Menlo Park. Room was very clean and surprisingly quiet given that it is located on a busy street.staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee was put out very early (4:30am) in the lobby which was great for those of us on EST Coast Time! Would definitely stay here again.
