Lamentable, las camas estaban llenas de pulgas, no había vajilla disponible ni control remoto de TV ni del A/C. Los cajones no tenían herrajes con lo que no se podían abrir. Apenas llegamos, pedimos toallas y nos dijeron que no tenían. Fuimos a buscar otro hotel e inmediatamente retiramos nuestra pertenencias para irnos. Les escribí para que me devuelvan el dinero y nunca me contestaron.

No es lo que prometen. Habitacion 11

El dpto, no es lo aparece en las fotos. La cocina no es cocina, no hay vajilla, no hay fuentes, no hay cubiertos, el horno funciona pero no tiene sarten, como minimo, osea nada para cocinar. Sin microondas, sin heladera. La wifi no funcionaba. La cama eran dos chiquitas juntas con distinta altura los colchones. Una frasada fina. El baño bien, con jabon y champu y enjuague. El tv no es lcd, es de tubo, viejo y prácticamente no se podia ver. Se ve que tenian algun problema con un enjambre de abejas, porque habia varias adentro del dpto y fuera. La cochera muy comoda y de facil acceso. La recepcion muy buena. Lastima los detalles. Que hacen que uno no vuelva.

Reclamo para la devolución del dinero.

Me cobraron 2 veces la misma reserva!!!! Me cobró Hotel.com y el Apart Mendoza también me cobró la reserva!!! Y tengo qué esperar un mes para qué me devuelvan la equivocación que cometieron.... Llamé por teléfono y la verdad que para acceder a un operador telefónico de Hotel.com es ir a buscar un chino de 2,50 mts de altura. Imposible!!! Y el operador no da ni siquiera un numero de reclamó!!! Por ahora no tengo ninguna novedad de mi reclamo.

salvo la persona de recepcion del mediodia ... por la tarde y noche ... fuimos maltratados en la atencion . el videt del baño perdia agua e inundo todo el baño . no me dieron solucion ni secador. muy mala atencion de la persona de la tarde y del sr de la noche. mal educados.

El otel/departamento es comodo, limpio y bien ubicado. Lamentablemente no es lo que se ve por foto. El aire acondicionado esta muy mal ubicado, la televisión es muy vieja y la cocina no es cocina, ya que no se puede cocinar. No cuenta con ningún elemento mas que una pava. Emplacement au centre de Mendoza apprécié. Photos sont trompeuses. Pas d'éponges ni de liquide vaisselle. Pas de poêle ni de casserole pour cuisiner alors qu'il y a une cuisinière à gaz. Le WIFI ne fonctionnait que le dernier jour de notre séjour. Les personnes de l'accueil ne faisaient pas d'effort pour parler en anglais. Nous avions eu l'impression des les déranger à chaque fois que nous avons besoins d'informations.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The rooms were dated and disgusting. There were bed bugs and sheets and towels looked dirty. Also hotel management was not very friendly. Could not even stay one night had to relocated to another hotel nearby.

Volveremos

Una gran experiencia. El hotel muy cómodo, quizá le falta un poquito de mantenimiento pero la amabilidad del personal y el hotel en general han superado nuestras espectativas. Lo recomendamos ampliamente. Queda muy cerca de la zona céntrica. A pesar de contratar sin desayuno la estadía, nos brindaron a diario café y variedades de té como cortesía. La limpieza y reposición de productos de higiene fue muy buena. Destacamos la amabilidad de las recepcionistas y las chicas de limpieza. A último momento tuvimos que cambiar la fecha y no tuvieron problema alguno. Dejamos el hotel a las 10 am y nos permitieron usar las instalaciones hasta la hora de nuestro vuelo. Realmente nos vamos muy contentos. Volveremos

Difiere completamente lo que ofrecen a lo que te dan, mas allá de la mala predisposición de los empleados, a los cuales parece que los estas molestando solo con la consulta, en la habitación enchufes salidos, el control remoto emparchado con 20 vueltas de cinta, lo mismo el del aire acondicionado, la televison con lluvia constante, la pileta sucia, una mesa rota y una silla.. en las fotos... REPOSERAS, SOMBRILLAS.. cuando pregunte me contestaron que la gente lo rompe por eso no hay. malisimo, cero recomendable... lo unico que rescato es la limpieza del cuarto. Nunca mas..

Demasiado calor en la habitación ya que el aire esta ubicado en el pasillo y no enfría la habitación. La llave del lavaplatos, estaba suelta. Los cajones de la cocina sin manillas. Sin ollas ni sarten, solo una tetera. El refrigerador sin cubeteras. Sabanas rotas. Taza de baño tapada. Mal olor en toda la habitación. Resumen estuvimos una noche y nos fuimos a otro apart hotel, perdiendo dos noches.
