Great place to stay in Mendoza.
The hosts were very helpful and cordial. Breakfast was very good. Location is excellent. We enjoyed the stay. We definitely recommend.

This is a hidden gem, located in a good neighbourhood. We got room 1, and you can see the mountains when you take a shower. The hosts are efficient and discreet, always attentive. The place is quiet and comfortable, super clean. It is very close to a hot spot of night life, a street full of restaurants and bars. Mendoza is a place to visit and this is a place where to stay

We were in room 3 which needs some repairs. The air conditioner was not efficient with cooling down on second floor. The cold faucet needs repair in the bathroom. The host/hostess were wonderful! George loves to joke!

Cafe da manhã é somente pao, manteiga, geleia, cafe e leite.
Tivemos dificuldade para pagar, pois a maquininha nao aceitava aproximação e nem cartao wise.

clean, quiet, room in family home . Owners were very friendly.Beds were a little to soft. Breakfast was light but nice. After a few days we were given keys to the outside door otherwise we had to wake someone up to open the door . **** suggestion *** install a key less lock and change the combo upon check out.

Nada fué como esperaba.
El dueño me cambió a un apartamento de un vecino sin previo aviso, el que al llegar esperamos por mas de media hora, no tuve estacionamiento, no disfruté del desayuno que se promociona en la web, y al pagar me salió 22 dolares más que lo que informaba hoteles.com. No sé que pasó, simplemente nos decepcionamos.

Hospedagem confortável e super bem localizada
Nossa estadia foi ótima! O Jorge e a Gladys são muito simpáticos, ela nos deu várias dicas de lugares para conhecer, para comer, nos sugeriu fazer um city tour que não conhecíamos e nos levou a lugares mais afastados do centro, foi uma dica certeira! Já tínhamos nossos passeios organizados, mas eles também organizam tours em carro privado caso você precise. O café da manhã é bem caseiro, gostoso, servido no horário que você precisar a cada dia. A localização da casa é excelente, logo ao lado da rua Aristides Villanueva, em que ficam vários bares e restaurantes, e a poucas quadras do centro de Mendoza. A única ressalva que fazemos é em relação às toalhas de banho, que estão um pouco duras e ásperas, e poderiam ser trocadas. Mas isso não prejudicou nem um pouco os ótimos dias que passamos!

Nettes B&B in guter Lage. Sehr nette Inhaber helfen mit guten Tipps.
Das Zimmer ist natürlich abschließbar, aber für den Zutritt zum Haus muß man jedes Mal klingeln und die Inhaber öffnen dann die Tür. Bei mir hat es jedes Mal funktioniert, allerdings bin ich auch nur zu "normalen" Zeiten gekommen. Entgegen der Angaben bei der Reservierung kann man nur bar (USD) zahlen, sollte man also entsprechend berücksichtigen.

All the basics, great locale with lovely breakfast
Charming chilled hosts that take their time to make sure you are OK and have your needs met. Room & bathroom comfortable and clean, great location, actually more enjoyable then a hotel. Good eats all around within a 2 min walk, could easily have done more time here. Thank you!
