All the people working at this hotel are very helpful always welling and taking the time to help From the staff front desk to the people working at the restaurant Some issues with wifi but all resolve Maybe a little furniture in the room specially for the wardrobe and a place to put clothes

Excellent location everything pretty old. You have to leave the key at the reception all the time when you leave.

The hotel was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the space, the quality linens and towels, and good bath products—it felt like home after traveling through different cities in Italy. I also enjoyed the dining, everything we ordered was perfect! One inconvenience I had was the access to the hotel. I called the night before to ask whether I needed to arrange a taxi from the Somma Lombardo train station and was told taxis would be available outside. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. There were no official taxis—only a couple of local drivers with small cars that couldn’t accommodate our luggage. The walk from the station to the hotel is quite long, which made things difficult. Thankfully, a kind local helped my family and me get to the hotel safely. The staff at the lobby were nice and helpful when we arrived, I’m unsure about the misinformation on the taxi situation.

My sister and I had an amazing time at Milu Milano! Check in was very easy and the staff were great. Our room was modern, spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the city. The hotel and area around felt very safe. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which has lot of variety. Would absolutely stay here again!
