"Horrible experience here. The room we were assigned had an overwhelming smell of cleaning agents used to mask something. Had an immediate asthma attack. Back to the desk and all then we cannot stay there. They only offered change of room, which was no better than the first. We went back to the front desk and asked for refund due to health issues and were only given credit for next night’s stay Don’t waste your time or money"

"I liked the access to the parking garage from the floor my room was on"

"The rooms were very clean, the staff was amazing, and it was nice to have a full breakfast bar Will definitely stay here again!!"

"The room was such a vibe and made for an amazing girls trip! The entire place was so aesthetic! I’m definitely coming back again!"

"Everything was great besides the breakfast."

"We booked the opal suite. It was just as the pictures looked, except maybe even better! There are 2 units on each floor. Opal was on the top and we loved sitting in the little sun room in the comfy blue chairs. There is also a small couch but not big enough for sleeping (love seat sized). The checkin instructions with pictures via the virtual checkin desk were super helpful! The elevator worked without issues. Great location! We didn't have a problem getting parking on the street. Some noise...

"Overall, this hotel worked for our needs. The location is convenient. The staff is friendly. We were able to check in earlier than we thought, and that was extremely nice. The room served our needs. It had a couch, a mini fridge, a microwave, and a desk. The breakfast was fine, standard hotel fare. I enjoyed the coffee. The room was decently clean but not excellent. For example, there is a pedestal sink in the toilet, and behind the sink was not cleaned. The areas reachable by a standard mop...

"Totally recommended for a stay in Savanna!! Excellently located, mere steps away from Forsyth Park. Big grocery store nearby. Extremely helpful staff. Delicious home cooked breakfast with baked treats in the afternoon and evening. I’ll be back!"

"Today Awesome"

"I did not like the place. The smell of the room was really bad. I stayed just one night I cancelled the second one due to the strong bad smell I guess is due to the building is old and need renovation."

"Great Location!"

"I booked a loft for a extra charge bc it had an upgraded bathroom and kitchen. My friend booked a 1 br unit. We got the same room... when i contacted them they told me the were all "technically" lofts. I explained my room matches the 1 br pictures and was the same as my friends room. Why was i charged more for booking the Loft? I got robotic responses not explaining ultimately telling me they appreciate my understanding. I was not understanding. Hey, if you overbook i get it. But be...

"Wonderful. Great location. Walkable and parking options are better than some of the others. Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options."

"I was not given a confirmation number. When my roommate tried to check in ahead of time, she was not allowed. she had to wait for me to arrive because she had no confirmation number and there had been no request to list the occupants."
