"Everything was pretty great for the price besides the comfort of the beds, i had to buy a foam top and a foam pillow but honestly im probably just spoiled other people might not mind the beds. The place was clean and the location is great"

"Place is a dump. Dirty inside and out. The room was decent as it appeared to be renovated recently. Hallways a mess, elevator disgusting, outdoors a mess with undesirables hanging around out front at all hours. Breakfast area a joke and front desk help is useless. Asked for a late checkout (1:00) since I didn’t check in the night before until 8:00 pm and had an early meeting nearby which might be running a little late. They wanted $20 for the two hours, the whole day isn’t worth that. "

"My reservation was canceled, i verifed prior to going there that it was aftive and it was accordingto hotels.com , when we arrived it was canceled, they had no rooms available, we had to drive over 2 hours home to come right back the next morning. I was told that night by the on call manager we would receive a full refund and i still have not or heard anything back. Hotels.com said the hotel has not gotten back to them so they cannot issue a refund to me, very displeased!! "

"The walls where dirty as long as you went down to the counter they were very helpful. If you called them on the phone, you constantly get put on, hold. And it was very horrible experience i don't even know if I was talking to anyone. It was actually in the hotel it seemed like they were off sight. And unable to help me."
