"Only thing I ain’t like was having to get pool towels from the front desk. Because I didn’t know! We got in the water and had to walk to the front desk wet and cold to get towels. Other than that. GREAT HOTEL IM STAYING HERE EVERY TIME IM IN GRAND RAPIDS.. ROOMS WAS CLEAN AND NICE. THEY GOT ONE OF THE BEST SHOWER HEADS I EVER SEEN WITH UNLIMITED HOT WATER.OMG WE SLEPT LIKE BABIES. "The Amway is always a class act. We stayed in the older Pantlind side on request. Just love it. Our in room coffee maker delivered undrinkable, tea looking coffee, and we didnt see a container to put ice in for our wine. It also would be great if the parking wasnt so expensive if you stay at the hotel. Overall a great stay otherwise. They let us check in before 4. We will be back."

"Rooms were dirty and was told there wasn't cleaning staff. Second night couldn't sleep because of amount of noise on 4th floor. Nothing on phone as to how to contact main desk. Staff friendly, Continental breakfast nice. Pet friendly."
