"I called several times to get picked up from the airport with no answer. I had to pay for an uber. Really disappointed and frustrated when I am counting on the airport shuttle to give me a ride and the fail to show up or answer the phone."

"The room was amazing! You need your card to get to the floors so I felt very safe. They offered a shuttle anywhere within 2 miles. It was walking distance from GLC live at 20 Monroe and Van Andrel. I would highly recommend and plan on staying there again."

"Everything was clean. The sheets, bedding, and towels were really soft. The building was awesome. So many amenities including the library and game rooms. Views were great from this location in the building. I would definitely stay here again."
