"The room 214 was beautiful but unfortunately next to the kitchen extractor vent which kept going all night very loud The staff said it couldn’t be turned off It would stop for 10 minutes then start off again It needs to be addressed If not in that room it would all have been fine"

"the Barge is a pub with accomodation in a very good location, about 10 minutes walk from the town centre. Although the staff are welcoming and the room was clean, the overall appearance of the pub is that it is shabby and run down. The carpet on the staircase leading to the bedrooms was grubby and had a large hole in it. outside the garden furniture has seen better days and there is a canopy which has come adrift from its fixings and been lashed to the outside bar. "Lovely large room, comfy bed sand very dog friendly. Lots of parking and advantage of park and ride into Bath 10min walk away. Excellent Sunday roast and fantastic breakfast will definitely be back!"

"The room was very nice - 3 person room - the entryway could use some sprucing up. The pub is very nice - beautiful patio, really comfortable interior and the food is really good. Parking right there - easy in and out."

"Room wasn’t that clean The shower wasn’t easy to use because of the head room. The room was very basic. The restaurant didn’t tell us they were closing so the kids missed out on pudding. Breakfast most of the breads were dry and tasted like they had been left out. I ordered poached eggs and they were terrible. Basically shouldn’t offer poached eggs if they can’t make them. Stay was basic."
