Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. "

We put cups etc from our table onto one which had not been cleared and despite staff bringing food and drinks, they ignored the mess for over an hour until another guest asked for the table to be cleared. Staff should never walk past dirty tables."
