It is a great property, location is very convenient for us, we've stay several times and everytime is the same issue "the service is poor" no attention to the guest, specialy in the restaurant and bar; this time he bellman and the pool attendant saved the stay.

We came for 2 days for St Valentine's ♥️ Beautiful building and really attentive staff. Restaurant has varied menu. Swimming pool and terrace area really good; love the sun loungers IN the water surrounding pool. 😀😀👍 Only downsides: buffet breakfast only available at weekends; WiFi signal too weak to do much work on files. Surrounding area - the square in front -is risky..we were hassled by vagrants a few times, and some of the pedestrian / shop areas are very smelly because of them.

Inmejorable muchas gracias

Mi experiencia fue espectacular este fin de semana, mi esposa y yo la pasamos genial. Una vez en el hotel no dan ganas de salir a nada pues todo lo que necesitamos, el hotel nos lo proporciona. La comida deliciosa, la atencion inigualable, las instalaciones inmejorables. No lo conocia pero seguramente siempre que volvamos a Girardot a escaparnos mi esposa y yo volveremos al Hotel Union.

Pasamos un fin de semana espectacular en este hotel. El personal del hotel es muy amable y siempre están dispuestos para ayudarte en lo que necesitas. La piscina muy linda y la carta del restaurante muy variada y con muy buenos precios.

Fin de semana espectacular!

Fuimos a pasar el fin de semana en Girardot para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi esposo, el hotel es hermoso, tranquilo, la comida muy buena y la atención esmerada. Buen detalle la música en vivo en la piscina la noche del sábado. Sin duda volveremos!

This place has a beautiful structure, it maintains the original design and charm. It’s not a huge building, it’s just the right size. My husband and I were 2 of probably 8 guests (low season😍) and the pool area was being cleaned as if an army had used it that day! They keep the place SPOTLESS. Love the music, food, service, drinks!!!

Me encanto el hotel su estructuta evocando ambiente cartagenero, atencion y servicio muy bueno, restaurante platos buenos, aunque para el costo del hospedaje se deberia tener mayor alternativas sobre todo para el desayuno incluido en la reservación. Los costos del mini bar son exagerados comparados a otros hoteles.

They told me at check in that the rooms were very quiet. I had a room close to the street at the front of the hotel. The room was ok UNTIL they cranked up the music and a party on Friday night. They must rent out the facility and there was no way anyone could sleep until they finished. I was fairly far away from the party area and it was terrible. They offered at 11 PM to put me in another room but there was no where in the hotel that was not extremely noisy. I explained I thought they should be either a hotel or a disco. Difficult to be both. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU EXPECT TO SLEEP.

El hotel es muy bonito, el personal demasiado amable, desde los chicos del check in, los meseros en la alberca, todo es muy bueno. Excelente para ir a pasar un fin de semana y disfrutar con la familia. Solo tuve un detalle, mi hija de 3 años se cortó un dedito y sangró, nada grave, fui con el piscinero a pedirle curitas y alcohol, porque vi que en el área de la alberca había un botiquín colgado de una pared y el joven me dijo que lo sentía pero que no tenía las llaves del botiquín 😳 total nadie me pudo conseguir un curita. El hotel estaba lleno de familias con niños, solo creo que pueden estar mejor preparados para casos así. El mio afortunadamente no fue grave pero en cualquier momento puede suceder algo peor.

Magnífico!!

Es muy bueno el hotel, lo recomiendo. Servicio ágil, amable, decoración hecha con buen gusto, no es ruidoso, ideal para descansar. Sauna y piscina excelentes.

Los precios no son la realidad.

El hotel es muy bueno y el servicio igual. PERO ES UNA MENTIRA LOS PRECIOS Q USTEDES DAN. DECÍA TOTAL PAGO 355.000 por la noche con todo incluido y el VALOR FINAL QUE PAGUE FUE 430.000. UD NO INCLUYEN EN IVA DEL 19%. Sale mejor hacerlo con el hotel directamente puede uno hasta negociar. No es recomendable estas páginas.

Agréable séjour en "terres chaudes"

Un bel hôtel colonial bien entretenu. De grandes chambres avec air conditionné (indispensable vu le climat), et des lits très larges et confortables. Amabilité du personnel, seul petit "couac" au moment du règlement avec une valeur nettement supérieure à celle prévue, à cause d'une assurance (laquelle ?), sans oublier que les étrangers ne payent pas de taxes.
