Overall very good. The room had kitchen and laundry facilities, so great if you were staying for a while. The floor had a peculiar smell, not bad but obvious. While the décor is a little worn/tired the rooms/bathroom were clean and spacious. The pool is located on the bottom floor and we had to go through the foyer to access, so not ideal from that perspective if you would like to wear your bathers to the pool. Spa is accessed by an upward set of steps but the spa itself is set down low with no steps into the spa so you need to sit to get in, so is not accessible for those with knee mobility issues. Pool and sauna were good. Car park is accessible via a side lane and while the ceiling is low (so be careful if you have a boot that opens upwards), it was spacious. No lift access, so you have to carry your bags up a few flights to the foyer. Staff pleasant and efficient at reception. No info book in the room or info on the TV, so you have to call reception to find out details of facilities such as the pool and gym etc. Thank you
