"I highly recommend the complex for a family place to stay. The rooms are spacious and very clean with various pools to choose either for privacy or kid friendly. The television has many options and caters to many nationalities The proximity to all the places of interest is an epicenter. The complex is safe for people or vehicles. "This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I don’t have a bad word to say. The staff are warm & friendly, the hotel is spotless, the breakfast was great with such a wide choice. The rooms have an amazing sea view. I would highly recommend. "

"Awful. I would strongly warn people against staying here. I made the booking weeks in advance and upon arrival was told that I’d have to go elsewhere for the first night. I was told there was a problem with the rooms which was a lie. I found out that the hotel overbooked hence had to send numerous people elsewhere. "Food amazing, really large portions far too much to eat, but good problem to have. Bar staff and housekeepers particularly friendly. Pool was tranquil and not too many people. Breakfast great selection. Location is further away from town harbour than some but if you want convenience but also somewhere to get away from bustle it’s perfect. 5 min walk to great waterpark which wasn’t that busy"
