Beautiful location. Unique boutique hotel next to the lake. The room (Cocoon Junior Suite) had spacious balcony with outdoor tub and peaceful view across the lake to distant mountains. Some problems with the prototype design of certain features such a bathroom taps but there was a form to fill in if anything needed fixing. It did! And they were promptly fixed. Excellent spa and restaurants. It’s a very popular spot for locals who love it and celebrate their special occasions there, with very good reason. Would love to return.

Spa sehr sehr klein, nur eine nackt und eine Textilsauna. Im Gebäude zum See untergebracht, muss man füs Spa oberirdisch den Hof überqueren.( wir haben keine unterirdische Möglichkeit gefunden) Für die Kategorie hotel und hotel Preis ist dies supoptimal. Sonst alles tiptop

Sehr schönes Hotel, guter Service . Es war nicht unser erster Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel Haben aber bemerkt es gibt immer mehr Gäste mit Hunde die in Sachen Hygiene leider nicht Bescheid wissen. Es ist ein Spa Hotel und nicht ein Hunde Klo

Traumhafte Lage direkt am See

Die Anlage der Seerose direkt am Hallwilersee ist sehr schön. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit direkter Seesicht. Auch gastronomisch steht mit den vier Restaurants ein sehr gutes Angebot zur Verfügung.

Chambre très jolie mais literie trop dur pas confortable il manquais un store car cassé pas remplacé lumières extérieures éclairant la chambre comme en plein jour et vue imprenable de l intérieur de la chambre depuis le parking que dire de l isolation phonique datant de 1977 age du bâtiment merci les boules quies comme par hasard mis à notre disposition on entendait bien les ronflements de la chambre. Restaurant très joliment décoré personnels très sympathiques fraîcheur de la salade du tartare de bœuf confirmée par la petite chenille vivante toute verte et perdue dans la salade le reste du repas top.

Der Spabereich ist relativ eng gebaut, die Liegen waren trotz Beschränkung alle besetzt, die Sauna voll etc. Für uns eher enttäuschend, hier gibt es auf dem Markt für den Preis sicher bessere Spa Möglichkeiten

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub

Trotz allen Corona-Regeln haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns sicher gefühlt. Das Service-Personal hat alles unternommen, dass der Betrieb "fast" normal lief.

Overall top - zwei kleine „Mankos“

Es war alles top! Haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Zwei Punkte die weniger toll sind: Wc mit Vorhang abgetrennt vom Zimmer, finden wir eher unangebracht. Das Frühstücksbuffet hätten wir umfangreicher erwartet, z.B. Brotauswahl, Confitüre nur abgepackt, hätten hier ein wenig hochwertigere erwartet. Was wir besonders schön fanden: Der Spa Bereich, der Service im Hotel sowie unser grandioses Abendessen im Restaurant Seerose. Werden definitiv wieder dort essen gehen!

Необыкновенно уютный,радушный,чистый и гостеприимный Отель!месторасположение и вид из номера-потрясающий(озеро,горы).очень вкусная еда в ресторане-спасибо шеф-поводу,при заселение нам налили по бокалу шампанского-приятно,бассейн маленький и кристально чистый,вокруг достаточно удобных лежаков для отдыха,вся территория красивая,цветущая и ухоженная!смело ставим максимум отелю,вернёмся ещё,рекомендуем!!!

Simply amazing hotel Spa with superbe service

The hotel is simply wonderful, small pool and Sauna area with everything you're going to need, fitness, relax area, 3 amazing restaurants, nice room, service was just perfect, glass of Champagne offered at the arrive, everybody kind and helpful, nice location on the lake.

My fiancé and I decided to stay at this place with our working dogs, we have our vehicle and dog trailer attached to the car and we’re searching for a very dog friendly property and this place surpassed any expectations. We got in the room and each dog had a water dish prepared, and a small dog bed in the corner.
