"Check-in was a little confusing. I was given no instruction on where to go to get to the elevators to my room. I asked and the front desk clerk gave me really vague instructions. I got to my room on the 13th floor and there was still a faint smell of smoke from the casino downstairs. I ordered room service. When it came I was missing the drink I had ordered and my receipt showed a charge for an additional $10 item I did not order. The additional item was not included either. The associate that brought the food commented that she had forgotten the drink and would go grab it, but it could take up to 10 minutes before she returned. The food was terrible. After about 30 minutes she showed back up with my drink and I asked her about the receipt and extra item. She assured me they would have it removed and the total billed to the room updated. Next day when I checked out, the charge for my room service order still didn’t seem right. Turns out the $10 item was removed, but the gratuity and service fee were charged on the full amount that included the removed item. The front desk manager was very unhelpful and not able to adjust the charge. After about 15 minutes of going back and forth with them I just gave up. Bottom line, food was terrible, atmosphere was okay at best, service was seriously lacking, overcharged me (essentially stole from me) with no remorse."
