The staff were incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which really made the experience even better. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. One of the highlights was the amazing view of Times Square, which made the stay feel extra special. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in the city.

Hotel room was smaller than advertised , no fan in bathroom so a lot of water drippage , windows all had drafts so room was very cold regardless of heat, only saw room service once other than that it was a pleasurable experience and the lobby staff was wonderful.
