The hotel is just in town, 5 min walk to church and 20 to the mont of appearance. The hotel is nice and clean, the room and bathroom big and confortable. Breakfast buffet is included which was good. Everything is peaceful and quiet.

The hotel was new, clean and spacious. Breakfast was good with choices of croissants, breads, cold cuts, eggs and sausages, cereal, sliced and whole fruits. Different coffees were available and you can do it yourself from the machine. There were also juices and water. Staff was friendly but didn’t always know the time of services at the church. Our room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

After a grueling climb up to Cross Hill, it is a good option to be able to dip into the pool, and this amenity is available. The location is convenient and parking is free. The staff is very friendly, both at the lobby and breakfast area. There was a good selection for breakfast. The room was spacious and the bathroom is clean, equipped with a fully enclosed walk-in shower (minimizes the water from going out the bathroom floor!) We had a relaxing stay!

Spa is not included in price of the room, only if you book it thru their website which I think is completely absurd and unreal. So if you book it thru Expedia, Booking or anyone else for all amenities you need to pay separately for each day you use it, even though it says when you get rate confirmation that you can use spa center when you book a room for that day.
