"Lovely property, great rooms - amazing pool. VERY standard food options and the bar was not very atmospheric. The staff I met were lovely though and really wanted us to relax. Concierge and management were completely the opposite though and very rude, even at check in. "This is a very family centred hotel, lots of kids & pools/slides etc for them. Rooms clean & two double beds so good for a family. I was not keen on the restaurant. It was very busy, quite noisy, food not amazing, but did cater for gluten free with bread, cakes biscuits & separate toaster so good for coeliacs. As were the 4 neighbouring restaurants which was nice. If you don’t have kids I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s about 15 mins in a taxi from the heart of Salou so you need a taxi. No...
