This was my first stay in Al Madinah and I am very impressed and happy with Elaf Taiba! They are very detailed oriented and go above and beyond to help you. Pros: - Luxurious feel, warm welcoming at checking with Hibscus tea - Rooms are extremely clean, carpeted, fresh bathrooms, no bad toilet smell, sanitized, and they have thought every single toiletry detail a traveller needs in Madinah - Haramian view, Walking distance to the Masjid and excellent view. Cons: None I stayed in the Family suite and it was a lot of beds. I wish it had a seating area. Otherwise, it was very luxurious. This is 5+ Star ⭐ hotel, not 4.

We stayed at Elaf Taiba Hotel for 5 days in Madinah, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Stunning views, an easy walk to the Haram, and truly amazing service—hands down the best place I’ve stayed in Madinah across all my trips. We were a group of 12 in 4 rooms, and the hotel made our stay comfortable and stress-free from start to finish. From check-in to housekeeping, everything was extremely well managed. A special shoutout to Bulbul, the housekeeping staff on our floor—he went above and beyond to help us and made our stay even more pleasant. His kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We will definitely stay here again if Allah brings us back, in shaa Allah. Thank you, Elaf Taiba, for making our stay truly exceptional.

Very nice updated hotel, recently renovated, modern interior. Lovely staff at coffee bar on ground floor and concierge. Right outside gate 326 takes 2 minutes to walk to pray in woman’s area outside. Daily cleaning could have been better as they would just make the beds and that’s all most of the time.
