"The lady at the front desk in the morning, I think her name was Suzanne was exceptional. I had hurt my finger, pulling my luggage and it was bleeding and she got me some ice. 😍"

"The staff are great! The lady who checked us in was so nice and gave us so much information, I really wish I could remember her name! The place is so warm and inviting. The room was perfect, super clean and a lot of space. Even though it is close to the airport it's super quiet and you don't hear the airplanes or any traffic! The amenities are great too! It was a wonderful stay! We'll definitely be back again."

"Room had stained carpet, flickering lights, stain on bedding, old dirty and marred trim in bath. Excellent hot water and pressure in the shower. Breakfast food quality was poor. Breakfast service was excellent. "

"Check-in staff was excellent. He was super polite and helpful. Room was clean and other than a spot on the bathroom door where it was discolored, in good condition. Bed was a little hard but not horrible. Sauna was slow to heat up and never got as hot as I would have preferred. Hot tub was clean and hot, with working jets although a couple jets were missing the diffuser part so they weren’t really usable. Overall for the price I would stay again. "
