"The beds were too high and uncomfortable. We expected more luxary. There was no in room safe. The soap dispensers were too high. The toilet paper holder was too far back. The curtains were plastic. The dark purple paint was weird. Tbe pillows were too firm. The very limited tv channels was disappointing. The air conditioner did not get cold enough. Based on our 3 nights. We will never stay in a Hilton again and have told our family and friends about tbe problems. This location is past its prime."
